Project 76 is developing a unique, integrated, technology driven, Internet based and GLOBAL, supply-chain and logistics resource for offering COST-FREE, just-in-time, pick up, warehousing and DELIVERY of 'sanctioned' prior gifts of 'Special Contribution Rule' inventory (and other property and services) to American charities and "public" schools, and to secular international, non-governmental organizations that administer orphan rescue, medical emergency, disaster and refugee relief and nutrition assistance programs for children, the sick and the needy—a population of one billion human beings.

The function of this new resource is to “network” American manufacturers (large and small) and would-be distributors (national and international) of US Tax Code, Section (e)(3) inventory, with the existing supply chains, staffs and logistics operations of a million not-for-profit service providers (foreign and domestic).

Description of Services To Be Provided By Project 76

Project 76 exists to create a supplemental private - not government - endowment, operating and distribution base for the finance and administration of basic public goods, services and social welfare initiatives that benefit children, the sick and the needy.  More importantly, Project 76 exists to enable and empower the "providers" who serve these groups wherever the need exists (at home or abroad).

In other words, Project 76 exists to ensure the availability to service providers of funding, expertise, facilities, technology, inventory, equipment, Tele-com support and other resources wherever and whenever tax-based government financing necessary to support such providers is not available.

Further, in order to help reduce operating costs across the entire non-profit sector, Project 76 will finance, create, implement and operate a unified - business and non-profit sector - technology platform for anticipating, identifying, locating, acquiring, coordinating and delivering available manufactured inventory and equipment to operating charities on a historic (read measurable) scale.
